The tight steel clamps crush her exposed nipples then he hangs a short length of chain the chain between the clamps. The heavy chain pulls down on her poor nipples stretching them. He leaves again only to return with a hook device, he attaches the hook to the end of the chain hanging off her nipple clamps then pulls the hook up and attaches it to the chain attached to her elbows. Judas is XXXX to struggle to lift her elbows up behind her to take the tension off her poor nipples. He leaves her struggling to keep from adding pressure to her nipples, she starts sweating and drooling as she struggles.
