By the looks of this position we wanted to try, it doesn’t seem so bad until you add the around the neck to go along with the strictly tied together elbows and strappado. Whenever I’ve got a big ball, gagged inside my mouth, it’s hard to swallow – and when my Punisher ties a tight rope around my neck, my breathing is then restricted so not only is it hard to swallow, drool, breathe, it makes the position and the struggle tremendously harder. Just when I thought it was bad, my ankles were tied together, making it hard to stand in place. Every time I tried to move around, I’d lose my balance and slightly fall over but not to worry, my elbows were hoisted to the ceiling so there was no way I was gong anywhere, but boy! did it hurt like hell!
