Two detectives find themselves captured by a masked man after a dubious deal goes wrong. One is bound to a chair with her bare feet secured and toes tied while the other is forced into similar restraints. Gags silence their protests as the captor focuses on their feet, tying big toes with thin string and applying feathers for relentless tickling. Both end up hogtied on the floor side by side, breast-roped and toe-tied, left struggling together under the masked figure’s control in this custom bondage and tickling scenario.
