Claire and her Coach Izzie are getting that last workout in right before Claire fitness event. Her abs are tight and her muscles are string but Izzie thinks she needs more balance to her training. She has a friend bring over a package with lots of ropes and cloth. Izzie ties up Claire to helo her with her balance and it looks so fun she has her friend tie her up as well.
