Purple Power Girl has been captured by the Hunter, with her hands locked together behind her back in steel police handcuffs the Hunter pushes her onto her knees and cuffs her booted ankles together with a set of leg shackles. The chain between the legs shackles is run between the chain between her cuffed wrists leaving her hogcuffed on her knees. She struggles on the floor cursing into her ball gag as the Hunter grabs more cuffs. He returns and cuffs her elbows tightly together then locks her thumbs together. The Hunter drops the keys to the cuffs on the floor and leaves her alone struggling to get to the keys and hopefully free herself before her returns.
