Riley Jane remains secured to the chair as her waist is tightly roped in place. Her cleave gag is removed and replaced with a spider ring gag that forces her mouth wide. Clear tape seals her nostrils before a plastic bag is pulled over her head and secured. Her blouse is opened to expose her breasts while smoke is blown into the bag through a tube.
